Cancellation Policy
Stone Manor Studios offers a clear and considerate cancellation policy for all classes and creative experiences. Refunds are available if we receive your cancellation at least three days before a three-hour class, at least seven days before a full-day or two-day class, or at least thirty days before a three-day retreat experience.
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if your plans change. We understand that unexpected circumstances arise, and we will always do our best to make the process as reasonable and considerate as possible.
An administrative fee of $20 will be deducted from all eligible participant-requested refunds.
If Stone Manor Studios must cancel a class because of low enrolment, severe weather, or instructor circumstances, we will notify participants promptly. Participants will receive a full refund with no administrative fee.
