The Walking High Tea Experience invites guests to enjoy a curated high tea box while exploring the manor and its grounds at their own pace. Blending the elegance of a traditional tea with the freedom of a self-guided tour, this experience offers a unique way to soak in the charm of Newboro Manor. Throughout the weekend, guests will be welcomed by the “Lady of the Manor,” dressed in period Victorian costume, adding a touch of historical flair to the day. Enjoy your tea in one of several scenic garden nooks as you wander through the manor’s interiors, curated displays, and gardens. For a refreshing treat, Old-Fashioned Blueberry Iced Tea—prepared by The Poplars Resort—will be available on-site throughout the day.

Please note that you do not have to participate in the Walking High Tea to tour the grounds and Newboro Manor as part of Doors Open! Come and view the historical property.

You’re welcome to pick up your High Tea Box anytime between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM on your selected day. We’ll have everything ready and waiting for you! While we hope everyone can join us as planned, please note that we’re unable to offer refunds for missed pickups. Thank you for your understanding.
